Our participation aligns with our broader sustainability strategy and our collaboration with SAVe (Sustainability in AV), reinforcing our dedication to responsible consumption, environmental stewardship, and industry-wide change.
Why Clean Up Australia Day?
Clean Up Australia Day is a powerful grassroots movement that encourages communities, businesses, and individuals to take action against pollution and waste. As a company committed to reducing e-waste, eliminating single-use plastics, and fostering a zero-waste office, we saw this as a perfect opportunity to contribute beyond our product-focused initiatives.
By actively cleaning up our local environment, we’re reinforcing our pledge to SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production, particularly our efforts in waste reduction, product stewardship, and sustainable supply chains. Our work with SAVe also plays a crucial role in this mission, as we focus on extending product lifecycles, repairing screens, and ensuring AV technology doesn’t contribute to unnecessary landfill waste.
